EZZ communication products Giga+ form enhanced performance cabling solutions, support wide variety of applications and guarantee headroom even under worst case end-to-end channel configurations.
Connecting hardware consist of industrial IDC and RJ connectors with integrated impediment that obstruct substantial signal losses due to cross-talk and reflection, specially designed printed circuit board with carefully chosen paths for interconnecting the elements and with the patented easy mounting system for all types of screened cables.
Architecture and position of patch panel components form very good clarity and accessibility during installation. The housing is made of 1.5 mm thick steel and powder laminated in a gray colour according to RAL 70 43. Each port of patch panel is individually tested.

Assembly fixture 0147 is used as a tooling during the patch panel termination. First, we have to mount a patch panel on the assembly fixture and on the other hand, we have to mount the assembly fixture to the rack. As a result we get to the installer facing panel, which significantly increase transparency and facilitate the work. |

Screened cable installation
EZZ patch panels, outlets and modules are equipped with patented (SI 20134 A), simple and time-saving shield termination with integrated cable strain relief. Gently push the tongue between the overall screen or drain wire and the individual foils and secure the cable to the tongue with the cable tie provided. |
