Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it anytime within the first 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Simply call +386 1 256 38 91 or e-mail us at servis@ezz.si and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping. All returned items must be in original condition with original documentation and uninitiated software (if applicable). You will be supplied helpful return instructions when the RMA is requested. It’s that simple!
