FC-500 cleaver is designed to provide precise cleave with an angle of less than 0.5° and prepare coated fiber for fusion splicing. Adjustable cleave length from 5mm - 20mm (0.25mm Coating) and 12mm - 20mm (0.9mm Coating).

Kit includes FC-500 cleaver with fiber trash can, 1.5mm & 2.0mm hex wrench, instruction manual and safe carrying case.

Multi-position cleaver blades are made of Tungsten carbide and have from 40.000 to 60.000 total cleave blade life time.

Conical fiber feed surface guides fiber directly to protection sleeve. QuickSleever PSI-15 holds up to 15 protection sleeves from 40 to 60 mm long. When one sleeve is loaded and removed, another automatically falls into place.

This metal protector secures the splice in a second and can be used immediately. Since there is no sleeve heating time and also no sleeve cooling time, the operator gains at least 1 minute per cycle, in other words at 10 thousand splices he obtains 166 free hours!

Telent tool is specifically engineered and optimized for the ANT crimp splices, which optimally cover the raw splice after use of this press and then effectively protect against environmental influences. The completed splice can then be removed immediately without waiting and inserted into a splice holder.
