EZZ pig-tails are produced in Premium Quality according to IEC 61300-3-34 Grade B and IEC 61300-3-6 Grade 2!
In addition to testing optical performances (IL and RL) specified in the industry standards also end face geometry check, end face visual inspection, mechanical reliability, surface defects identifing and cleanliness tests are performed.
In stock pig-tails have Easy strip buffered fiber which can be removed 100-150 cm at once. Optionaly also available Tight buffer which can be removed 3-5 cm at once and Semi-tight buffer which can be removed 10-20 cm.
EZZ 12 colored pig-tails have same inner and same outer color! When the 900 micron buffer has been removed, there is still innen 250 micron buffer in same color beneath it!
Premium Grade SM pig-tails use bend insensitive OS2 (G657A1) fiber while MM patch cords use either OM1, OM4 or OM5 fiber, other fiber types on request.
Set of 12 colored Premium pig tails is packed in PVC bag with an ID label and with Test Report attached. Standard length is 2 meter. Mini boots (15 mm long) and soft spiral for stapling pig tails together are used. Connectors have an additionaly protection.
